What Can I Claim From The RPS?
Generally, the RPS are able to make payments relating to (1) Redundancy, (2) Notice, (3) Holidays and (4) Wages owed.
All payments are subject to a statutory maximum wage rate which, from 6 April 2024, is £700 a week. (Prior to 6 April 2024 it was £643).
